Refund Policy for AIOVEX
At AIOVEX, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality digital services, including custom Website Building, Web Development, and Video Editing/Montage. Because our services require the reservation of time, resources, and custom labor, our refund policy is structured differently from physical or instant-download products.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our digital services.
1. Scope of Services
This refund policy applies strictly to all custom digital and creative services offered by AIOVEX, primarily Website Design/Building and Video Editing Services.
2. Refund Eligibility & Conditions
We understand that custom services require collaboration. Our refund rules for service-based projects are as follows:
- Initial Deposits / Upfront Payments: Any initial deposits or upfront payments made to commence a project are strictly non-refundable. This fee covers the initial consultation, strategy planning, and the blocking of our team’s schedule for your project.
- Cancellation During Development: If you decide to cancel a project (website build or video montage) while it is still in the active development or editing phase, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Any work already performed by our team up to the exact date of cancellation will be calculated and deducted from the total paid amount. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.
- Completed and Delivered Work: Once the final website is migrated/launched, or the final video files are delivered and approved, the service is considered fully rendered. No refunds will be provided for completed services.
3. Revisions vs. Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Instead of refunds for completed work, we offer a dedicated revision process. If you are not completely satisfied with the initial website draft or video edit, we will work with you to make adjustments and revisions based on the terms agreed upon at the start of your specific project.
4. How to Request a Refund (For Active Projects)
To request a project cancellation and a partial refund (if eligible under Section 2), please contact us immediately at [Insert Support Email] with the following details:
- Your full name and 2Checkout Order Number.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- A brief explanation of why you wish to cancel the project.
We will review your request within 3 to 5 business days and notify you of the calculation for any uncompleted work.
5. Refund Processing (via 2Checkout)
If a partial refund is approved:
- All approved refunds will be processed exclusively through our payment gateway, 2Checkout, back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) used during the transaction.
- Depending on your financial institution and 2Checkout’s processing times, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credited funds to appear on your bank statement.
- AIOVEX is not responsible for any foreign exchange differences or banking fees applied by your card issuer during the refund process.
6. Sole Discretion
AIOVEX reserves the right to deny any refund or cancellation request in cases of uncooperative behavior, breach of our Terms of Service, or suspected fraud.
